We share the article “The role of the monitoring committee in extraordinary administration: the authorization function” written by attorney Ettore Maria Negro and published on April 22, 2025 on Ristrutturazioni Aziendali.
The contribution addresses the issue of the evolution of the functions of the monitoring committee in the extraordinary administration procedure, with particular reference to the authorization power provided for by art. 41, second paragraph, Legislative Decree no. 270/1999.
