Consob – Annual meeting with the financial market

On Monday 14 June 2021, the Chairman of Consob has hold the annual Meeting with the Financial Market on the occasion of the presentation of the Consob Report for 2020.The report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to Article 1/1, para. 13, of Law no. 216 of 7 June 1974, which establishes that a report on the activities carried out by Consob, on current issues and on the guidelines and policies it intends to follow must be forwarded to the Minister of Economy and Finance.
